SSC CGL Selection Process : Staff Selection Commission (SSC) conducts CGL examination in four phases every year to recruit candidates in various government services. The SSC CGL 2020 Selection Process consists of Tier 1, Tier 2, Descriptive Examination and Document Verification.
As per the SSC CGL Selection Process, the candidates have to first appear for the Tier 1 examination. Candidates who clear the Tier 1 examination of SSC CGL 2020 will be called for Tier 2 examination.
The final result will be declared according to the performance of the candidate in all stages of SSC CGL. Candidates who clear the descriptive examination will be called for document verification.
About SSC CGL Exam
SSC CGL is a national level examination conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC) to select candidates for Group-B and -C posts in various Ministries / Departments / Organizations of the Government of India. Every year, around 30 lakh candidates fill SSC CGL application form and around 15 lakh candidates appear for the exam. SSC CGL notification 2020-21 has been issued on December 29, 2020.
